About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in Minnesota. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life and purpose exploration, self-acceptance and personal growth. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma (PTSD) or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is relational and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavioral (DBT) counseling, as well as a Person-Centered , solution-focused approach. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
