I enjoy my role offering individual therapy services. I have diverse experience as a service provider in outpatient therapy settings, residential treatment centers, co-occurring group therapy facilitation and addiction treatment. I strive to inspire growth and life’s challenges can feel unbearable. Sometimes, telling your story is what ultimately saves and changes your life. I have heard many stories and can understand how people arrive where they are at. I am here to convey there is always hope for growth, healing and recovery. Therapists have special roles which impact a person’s life during pivotal changes. I enjoy helping clients learn and grow in order to help uncover moments of clarity and insight.
