I enjoy my role offering individual therapy services. I have diverse experience as a service provider in outpatient therapy settings, residential treatment centers, co-occurring group therapy facilitation and addiction treatment. I strive to inspire growth and life’s challenges can feel unbearable. Sometimes, telling your story is what ultimately saves and changes your life. I have heard many stories and can understand how people arrive where they are at. I am here to convey there is always hope for growth, healing and recovery. Therapists have special roles which impact a person’s life during pivotal changes. I enjoy helping clients learn and grow in order to help uncover moments of clarity and insight. It is an honor to be a part of an individual’s life's journey toward wellness and fulfillment.


I am licensed in Minnesota with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with mood disorders, adjustment disorders, abuse and domestic violence, co-dependency/ dysfunctional/challenging family systems/dynamics, economic challenges, gender stereotypes, stress, panic attacks, anxiety, chemical and behavioral addictions, recovery from substances/addictions, complications in society related to lgbt+, systematic oppression, race related issues, culture, chronic illness/pain, HIV/AIDS, physical disabilities, motivation, identity development, ADHD and attention issues, Life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem, chronic pain and illness, family conflicts, and confidence.


I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
