I've provided therapy to many different people for over 21 years. I have worked with clients to fix relationship problems which includes spouses, family members, and coworkers. I've helped other clients struggling with anxiety, identity confusion, parenting, anger, grief, and communication challenges. And I now offer coaching for more goal-focused clients.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, and humorous, and I also tailor it to the person. Everyone is different, and not all styles work for everyone. Most people struggle with 'something' and don't have the people in their lives to help them through the pain and tough spots. I've been that help for thousands of people.
