Are you looking for a therapist who is able to provide a safe place and individualized care an interventions that can assist the healing and growth process? My name is Sue Ann Rybarczyk and I am a Licensed Professional counselor with the state of Missouri. I currently have over 8 years of experience working with a wide range of clients, having diverse backgrounds and cultures. I specialize in working with those who have suffered from abuse and trauma, helping them find hope and healing for their journey. Additionally, I have experience working with pre-married and married couples using a systematic approach, that helps to target areas needing improvement and using proven and effective interventions such as “Prepare and Enrich” to improve their relationship and connectedness. Another area of expertise is working with children, teens, and clients with Asperger’s, who may be experiencing emotional and behavioral problems, helping them gain coping skills, social skills, and interpersonal relationship skills. Further, I assist parents with parental skills and behavioral interventions they can utilize within the home. I also have experience working with clients suffering with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, irrational thoughts, helping them gain skills and self- care interventions that promote health and wellness.

In therapy I use CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing), Trauma informed, Solution focused interventions, Mindfulness, and Motivational interview. I am also a certified art instructor and Art therapy-life coach. Helping clients use creative interventions and modalities to help them improve their self -esteem and promote a positive outlook.
