My name is Stephanie Czarnecki, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals overcome their mental health challenges. Ever since high school, I was always fascinated by human behavior and the way the mind works. This led me to pursue a degree in psychology and eventually become a therapist. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and it brings me great joy to be able to offer my services to those in need. My areas of expertise include trauma, depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders. I believe that healing from mental health challenges is possible, and I work closely with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that take into account their unique needs and circumstances. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and to work towards a brighter future.
