I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I have been providing support and guidance to clients of all ages for 15 years. My professional interests include working with adult clients who face the challenges of mood disorders, stage of life transitions, post-partum depression and infertility.

In my practice, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients evaluate their thought patterns and the impact these thoughts have on behaviors. Once we identify these thinking patterns that result in some level of discomfort, we learn to reframe them to be more accurate, and ultimately, help to improve your areas of concern and your overall well-being. It is important for my clients to feel safe, so I also utilize Person-Centered Therapy. This approach allows you to look introspectively without fear of judgement from me or inserting my solution upon you. You are the driving force behind all we do in therapy. I am just here to help you navigate the best route to your desired end.
Finally, I like to utilize client strengths to help achieve personal goals. Reaching out to a stranger on the internet and trusting them with your vulnerabilities is a scary act. You are brave.
