I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist II. My purpose in counseling is to educate, encourage, and empower those who suffer from anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and anger. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to heal, overcome obstacles, and increase self-worth. My approach consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eclectic, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt. Therapeutic techniques are tailored to each client to respect their individuality and increase their ability to reach their personal goals.

I have day and evening hours available as well as Saturday(s).
