I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Virginia. I have more than 8 years of experience in the mental health field, providing services to all types of people in various settings. I received my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Radford University. I have experience in medical social work, community based social work, and child welfare.

My primary focus in working with people is that you feel heard. I offer my perspective on the topic at hand and different strategies that may assist you but I believe that you are the expert on your life. It's important that you feel comfortable during sessions and that the person you're talking to truly cares and is invested in seeing progress towards the goals that you set forth. Life can throw us many obstacles and it's my goal to help you overcome them; to help you feel like the person you were meant to be.
