I am licensed in Texas with 21 years of professional work experience.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am honored to work with individuals and couples coping with life transitions, no matter how big or small.
I am a Veteran, am married to a Veteran, and now we are a first responder family, so I am particularly familiar with the challenges being a part of these cultures can bring to a person, marriage/relationship and whole family.
