I am licensed in Texas with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with a variety of clients including, but not limited to, issues with stress and anxiety, & coping with life changes. I believe that every human being has the capacity for change and growth, and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you.
