I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy to adolescents, children, and adults. I explore ways to find the best treatment for each individual in my work to help them return to an emotional balance, enabling more enjoyment in life and improving interpersonal relationships. Almost everyone experiences stress from time to time, and while a small amount of stress can motivate us, too much or prolonged stress can damage our physical and mental health. I help each person better manage their work/life by finding solutions, gaining a different perspective, and learning coping skills to decrease distress. I have been treated for Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Relationships for many years.
