My name is Robert Lodwick,and I am licensed in the state of North Carolina as a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I have been a therapist since 2013 and I specialize in working with people with anxiety, depression, personal growth, issues of faith, trauma.

My therapy style is warm and calming, and I treat people with respect, compassion and I believe in the worth and value of every individual. My counseling approaches are a combination of cognitive-behavioral, existential, solution focused and for trauma clients I used Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT. I generally use a combination of these theories depending on the needs of the individual and presenting issues. I will tailor our plan to work together depending what your needs are and what you want to work together on.

Making changes in our lives is a challenging, yet rewarding process, and I am excited and I am here for us to beginning our work together.
