This moment in our lives is unprecedented, and is bringing up old traumas and issues for many. I can offer a nonjudgemental, supportive voice in these difficult times.
I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I value diversity and honoring the uniqueness of each person I work with. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and valued when you come to my office.
