I believe in creating a healing environment so that each client can explore their own thoughts and feelings while being guided toward their goals. My non-traditional therapy style can provide you with a different way to handle those feelings of anxiety, balancing work responsibilities, and or symptoms of feeling down and nervous. Together we can work to achieve the life you were meant to live.

I use a variety of counseling techniques to assist the clients towards their goals while providing tools to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression. My speciality is working with adults struggling in life stressors and transitions through the various stages of life.
