About

I am a therapist licensed in Tennessee with over 10 years of experience in the government and private sector. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief/loss, and common daily stressors and challenges impacting one’s daily functioning. I have also created substance use treatment programs in Tennessee that were designed to meet all of the underlying areas of need that were impacting one’s substance use and avoidant patterns of behavior.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and narrative therapy techniques . I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
