About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health counseling field. I have worked with a wide variety of clients in my time. Some of the areas i have worked include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I have also worked with individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is but first and foremost on trust. . I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines rational-emotive counseling, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution focused . I have found that although my base theory of choice being rational-emotive counseling, the most important factor is finding a what style best connects with my client's needs.
