People often find themselves tapping their proverbial inner microphone thinking: Is this thing on? Is anyone listening? Whatever the stress, whatever the issue… I am here. To Listen. To Help. To Advocate. To Empower. I create a safe space to work collaboratively in a judgment-free zone in figuring out an easier, healthier path. I am here for you as your teammate to identify, validate and support your strengths in working towards your goal. I have worked in family clinics treating all of the above including school performance, social anxiety, parenting skills, relationship problems, work/life balance, depression, adjustment/life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. I use CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and a Strength-Based perspective. As for my personal life, I am married with two children. I love working out. (Well . . . to clarify, I love when my workout is over!). I love non-competitive tennis (unless I win, of course), bingeing on stand-up comedy specials, and traveling (but only if I get the window seat). I love food that is cooked very well-done. Every recipe of mine involves the smoke alarm going off at least once.
