Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, receiving my Master's and Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While I have a wide range of clinical experience, my ideal clients are navigating women's issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility/fertility, and relationship challenges. I have vast experience with individuals who identify with the BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, yet direct and action-oriented. I believe in providing a safe and non-judgmental space that is affirming to a client's sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, and individuality. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, calm, trustworthy, and supportive. I believe in tailoring clinical interventions to the unique needs of each client. You can expect a reflective and insightful session that leaves you feeling empowered. While therapy is challenging at times, my goal is to help you in resolving the barriers that stand between you and the best version of yourself.
