Hi there! My name is Sheila Mendoza-Cordero, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have over 5 years of experience doing clinical work with children, youth, families, and adults. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and can help you to overcome symptoms of trauma that are impacting you today. My specialities include but are not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life stressors, and parenting related issues. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and compassionate. I treat everyone with dignity and respect and I encourage you to come as you are. I believe that everyone is capable of meeting their goals and maintaining mental wellness. I will develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and utilizes evidence based practices.
