As a clinician, it is my goal to help improve the lives of the clients and families I serve by providing a combination of compassion, tools, support, information, encouragement, and optimal care to achieve healing of the mind, body, and spirit based on a balanced program of patient care and education. I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotional behavioral, solution focused and trauma based care (utilized as needed) practices that are tailored to you and your individual wants, needs, and goals. I incorporate your faith and beliefs and much or as little as you prefer in our talks and treatment goals. I have a great deal of experience in helping those who face the challenges of anxiety, depression, grief / loss of a loved one, or trauma and abuse. In addition, I work with individuals that experience other conditions such as bi-polar, schizoaffective, co-dependency, high stress levels, anger control problems, or low self-esteem. If you or a family member suffers from an addiction, I have extensive training and experience in helping others to travel the path to recovery.
