I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselors Supervisor, CPCS in the state of Georgia. I have been a therapist for over five (5) years. During this time, I worked with clients dealing with a multitude of issues. Some of these issues include addiction, stress and anxiety, career challenges, depression, and more. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner child work, incorporation of meditation, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment and work/life balance.
