I believe in individualized services. No two people are the same even if their issue is similar. Counseling or therapy is a broad term but when it is focused on the person and what they want to change and/or accomplish, it becomes a powerful tool! I believe which is a great start to work with you on addressing your issues to help to believe as well.

I bring over 18 years of experience as a therapist and over 24 years of social service experience altogether. I have worked in an array of settings from inpatient settings (i.e. group homes, to substance abuse detox settings) to outpatient counseling (i.e. outpatient community service board agencies, in-home services, etc.). I have also worked with a variety of populations from youth as young as four years old to adults ranging from age 18 to 60, diverse populations including clients with physical disabilities. I believe that everyone has the ability to connect and learn to improve to become better self.
