About

I am a clinical social worker licensed in Georgia with 10 years of experience working as a social worker and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, intensive/crisis therapy and substance abuse. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and conversational. I want people to feel as though they are speaking to someone they have known for years. I am empathetic and I allow room for individual expression. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy and motivational interviewing. I am person focused and a good listener. I want you to feel heard and understood.

It is my goal that therapy is common place as any place you go to heal or seek help. Therapy is for everyone....including your therapist. We have something in common already.
