My philosophy about therapy is that we all need mental health care because we all have mental health to take care of. Let me help you take the best care of yours. I’ve been a therapist for 10 years, and have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. I graduated in 2010 from UNC Chapel Hill School of Social Work and have my LCSW in Georgia. I have experience working with individuals, families, children, and adults, who are struggling with various mental illnesses or just the stress of everyday life. I have extensive experience with anxiety and mood disorders, as well as trauma. I utilize techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP, person-centered, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help people learn how to improve their lives and be healthy.
