Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Hawaii and Missouri with over 10 years of postgraduate work experience. I have worked with teens, couples, and adult clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relational issues, perinatal/postpartum stressors, and trauma.

My therapy style is client centered. I treat everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion while recognizing each client's autonomy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and trauma focused. Your treatment is uniquely designed for your specific needs.
