I am a professional counselor licensed in Georgia with over 14 years of experience working in the counseling profession. I have a passion for ending the stigma surrounding mental health and helping people to discover the skills that work for them as they navigate life's challenges. I believe counseling should be a safe place free from judgement that allows expression, reflection, and space to grow. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. While my counseling style lends more to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed methods, I glean from a variety of techniques and interventions to suit the individual client. I enjoy working with both young adults and older adults as they work toward their goals and dreams.
