Hi there, my name is Shanice. Are you feeling stuck mentally and emotionally? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals transform their self-awareness and mental well-being through spiritual and therapeutic interventions. I believe that there's a you that you have yet to discover. My approach is individualized and based on holistic principles; spiritual, mental and physical. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and visual aids to assist me in addressing various therapeutic challenges i.e. Anxiety, Depression, Identity Crisis, Grief, and Trauma. I specialize in kindness and authenticity, understanding that no 2 people are alike. We all have a story, but sometimes we're only comfortable sharing the good parts.
