Hello and Welcome. My name is Shana Trimble and I am glad you found me. I hope that on your journey to find the help you need that you are first and foremost able to connect with someone that you can truly thrive with; as this is very important. Please always remember that your help is about you and you deserve to be in a better place. So, to help you get there, let me share a little bit about myself to see if I am the therapist for you.

To start, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Capella University with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy/ Counseling and I am currently licensed in the State of Georgia. I have experience in all things relational as well as helping individuals obtain balance with some of life’s obstacles. I also have an extensive background in the human capital field. This background has provided me with a very good working knowledge and experience working with people as well as diverse populations. And last but not least, I am human. I take great pride in being able to understand and relate to my clients from this approach.

This humanistic view allows me to understand and believe that all of us have many natural internal strengths that allow us to work through many of the issues that life will throw our way. Whether you are seeking help with a relationship, something personal, or just a thing or thought that you want to improve on; you can do it. I focus on strength-based therapy models which will allow you to identify and build on the strengths that you already have and use these strengths to aid in your overall success. And to activate these internal strengths a combination of talking and taking action is required. Our behaviors mean a lot and when they are mixed with improved thinking the combination can be such a wonderful experience.
