My core belief is that you have within you the innate power to heal and grow from difficult life circumstances. Finding meaning in your experiences, you can heal and thrive. My approach is human-centered, focusing on each client’s unique needs and their ability to practice resilience. Working with individuals of all ages, I use solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy interventions. With more than 20 years of experience, I works with clients on a wide range of issues, working with families and couples to improve their relationships. My expertise includes adoption and fostering issues, youth transitions to independent living, counseling with families and couples, and transition issues related to aging/mid-life issues.
