I am delighted that you have taken a self-inventory and made the decision to seek therapy. Life is about change and making some changes can be more difficult than others. Together, we will work to build coping and communication skills as well as a develop ways to effectively heal from any past hurts or traumas to achieve a better quality of life. My clinical experience spans over 19 years of working with teenagers, veterans and their families, seniors, and clients of all ages in an outpatient setting. As a therapist, I work together with my clients to explore the issues that may be causing distress on a consistent basis. I assist with self-exploration, and restructuring thinking, and will aid in the journey to a better you. My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic, nonjudgmental environment that will allow you to feel comfortable enough to be yourself.
