As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience, I provide comprehensive counseling services to adults to support and encourage mental wellness, personal/spiritual growth, and educational/career happiness. I serve as a safe place for clients to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions, and to help you find truth as you work toward living a better life. I provide help with problems related to substance abuse, cooccurring disorder, re- entry, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, anger management, stress, career, and adjusting to change.
I have extensive experience assisting homeless, veterans, probation and parole, children, adolescents, older adults, physical and cognitive disabilities, and co‐occurring substance use and mental disorders.
