As an LCSW (GA) and LICSW (AL), I have over 20 years of mental health therapy and social work experience in a variety of practice settings to include: virtual/telehealth, psychiatric residential, utilization review, private practice, school-based, in-home, juvenile justice, child welfare and mobile crisis assessment/management. I have worked with clients on issues such as wellness, women's health/wellness/empowerment, relationship, depression, grief/loss, crisis, life challenge/changes and forgiveness across the life span and from diverse social, cultural and economic identities and backgrounds. I am a Certified School School Social Worker (C-SSW) wherein I provided interventions and services to students and families K-12. I have provided clinical supervision to a number of social workers and professional counselors towards licensure. My therapeutic intervention-framework includes Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, Rational-Emotive, Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I'm especially adept in rapport building and compassion for the suffering you're experience.
