Hi, I am Sentoria Howell Harold, LCSW. Throughout my career as a helping professional, I have worked with adults facing mental health, personality, emotional, behavioral disorders and other life challenges. I strongly believe that we as human beings cannot survive the challenges of life without the help of one another and it is okay to seek professional help to work through some of life’s challenges. My professional working populations are adolescents from ages 17 years old to 19 years old and adults. I use all of the following treatment modalities: Coaching, Trauma Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Cognitive Behavioral (CBT). I am also a certified Trauma Clinician.
As a therapist, I want to be that helping hand to guide you through those challenges using a person-centered approach while building on your strengths through the therapeutic process.
