I am licensed in Virginia, Georgia, and Missouri with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I practice from a person centered and relational standpoint meaning that I work first, to build a good relationship with my clients and let them have a chance to decide if I'm someone they are comfortable working with and that my goal is always to meet my clients where they are, rather than come into session with a prewritten lesson plan or agenda for the day.
