I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, USA with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and executive coach. As a therapist, I have worked with couples and individuals with a wide range of concerns including affairs, divorce, sexual issues, emotional abuse, parenting problems, stress, anxiety, and depression.

As an executive coach, I have worked with executives and teams with a range of challenges including leadership, team dynamics, culture, instituting change, and improving individual and team performance.

My style is direct, inclusive, and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach depends upon the situation. I will tailor our dialog and your plan to meet your unique goals. I am trained in a variety of effective models to help you depending upon your situation.
