I specialize in working with those that want to improve their anxiety, trauma, and/or ADHD. I only do Telehealth sessions, meaning you can wear sweatpants and do phone, video, or instant message sessions from your couch. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and strive to be anti-racist in my personal and professional life.
