Hi, My name is Karin Yahr and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Idaho. I am also a National Certified Counselor and have been practicing for over 11 years. I specialize in Mindfulness based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I like to work with clients that feel stuck, are trying to find life purpose, have had experiences with negative or abusive relationships, and codependency issues. I want to help you find your best possible self! I also enjoy working with athletes in sports psychology and performance psychology. As an athlete myself, I understand the pressures and challenges of training and what it takes to get over mental barriers to performance.
