Sarah Woodward LMSW is a 2017 graduate from the University of Toledo. She holds a Masters's Degree in Social Work and has been working with individuals who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness for the past 5 years. Specializing in DBT Sarah has experience in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. In regards to her therapeutic approach: "I believe that the most beneficial part of the therapeutic process is the therapeutic relationship, I practice from a person-centered perspective, we are all unique and so I tailor my therapeutic approach for each client based upon their needs and goals. I will work with you to develop a plan for your specific goals and concerns. I have always had a passion for helping others, in the past 5 years I have seen people be able to overcome adversity and difficulty and create a life that they want to live. That is my ultimate goal, to work with my clients to help them create and develop the skills needed to live the life they want."
