Throughout life, we go through different stages and changes that can bring up anxiety, depression, insecurity, and uncertainty. Whether leaving a parent's home for the first time or moving to a new city, starting college or new profession, marriage or starting a family, each development comes with a variety of unfamiliar emotions.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, for the past 3 years, I had the privilege to help my clients navigate through these challenging stages of life. Using an attachment and psychodynamic approach and an authentic style, we will explore how your upbringing and past relationships play into what you are currently experiencing. Through this work, we will foster reparative experiences by making a meaningful connection as we build our therapeutic relationship.

Committing to therapy can be the most difficult step, but you do not have to be alone in this journey. As I say to all my clients, "I will never be able to walk in your shoes, but I can walk beside you.”
