Hey there! I am a licensed professional counselor with certifications in clinical hypnotherapy, substance use disorders, mindfulness, and qualified supervision. I have been practicing for ten years with a main focus in mentor-ship, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. In addition to my areas of expertise, I have experience with PTSD and ADHD. Working with a vast client base has enabled me to provide exceptional therapy ranging from children to late adulthood.

My counseling style is open, accepting, humble, and down to Earth. Success is greatly dependent upon the ability to feel safe, secure, and honest. I make it my mission to provide each person that chance to feel comfort and respect. My approach is eclectic with an emphasis in cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused,hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing therapy. With you as my guide, we will develop and create a treatment plan to fit your specific needs.
