I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and young adults, but work with all ages, genders, and sexualities. I also work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, and life changes. While all individuals have different needs, my primary therapeutic approach generally combines cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. My therapeutic style is easygoing and conversational; I believe firmly in meeting clients where they're at.
