I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida and I am passionate about helping others achieve their maximum potential. I have provided services in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings working with children, adolescents, and adults. Like many in the helping profession, I love and find joy in helping others. One of my special interests is postpartum depression and anxiety, which is something that can happen to moms and dads. What is your approach to therapy? The therapeutic approaches that I use include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, behavior modification, mindfulness and relaxation. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe in working in conjunction with clients, in order to help them achieve a better mental, physical and emotional health.
