People are worth investing in; this is why I became a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am committed to helping individuals learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. Using an integrative model of change, I will highlight the strengths of different theories.
As a disabled veteran, I have helped develop several programs for veterans transitioning from military life to civilian life because while I remember how much struggle I encountered in my transitional journey, today, with help from others, I am flourishing.
