Hi therapy seekers! Do you struggle with overwhelming stress? Are you unable to move forward from a traumatic experience? Does your relationship with others tend to fall apart often? I motivate overburdened women to overcome stress, improve anxiety, manage cycles of depression, and work through traumatic experiences. Together, we can identify and examine life events to better understand your patterns of thinking and behavior. From a cognitive behavioral viewpoint, I will highlight areas of relevance to the situation.
