I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with adolescents and young adults who feel stuck in life, struggle with anxiety and depression, want to work through past traumas, or are experiencing other current life, school, or relationship stressors that are getting in the way of feeling their best. I am also trained in PCIT which is a therapy for children ages 2-7 experiencing behavioral issues or concerns. What is your approach to therapy? It's my goal to create a safe and supportive space for you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe therapy is a collaborative process centered on a secure and trusting relationship between client and therapist. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Together, we can help identify and break down barriers that may be holding you back. We will work to improve your overall happiness and quality of life. Through identifying and breaking down barriers, we will get you to a place of empowerment and fulfillment.
