Hi, I’m Sara, a licensed mental health therapist. I am licensed in the follow states: Florida, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Connecticut and South Carolina, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut, however Florida is where I call home and offer in person services in addition to teleheatlh sessions. I am also committed to ongoing professional development that ensure that I stay currently with the latest in therapeutic approaches and research.
