A strong relationship between my client and myself is where effective therapy begins. Relationships, characterized by trust, honesty, and acceptance, serve as the foundation for positive change and healing. My goal is to help my clients reach their goals. I use an eclectic approach, tailored to each individual and have extensive training in many forms of treatment. I have worked with clients from 2 all the way into late adulthood. I have experience and training working with special populations such as the LGBTQ community, foster care, anxiety, depression, bipolar, substance abuse, ADHD, and victims of trauma.
