I am a social worker by background and have worked as a therapist (LCSW) for 10 years. I have a wide variety of experience with folks dealing with just about every topic from depression, anxiety, grief, or even just life changes. I have an eclectic style, using primarily person centered, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT approaches.

Some of my professional interests are substance use disorders, the impact of trauma and attachment on mental health, polyamory/CNM, and postpartum adjustment.

It is important for me to normalize mental health; I see my own therapist and participate in codependency/family of origin 12 step groups. I sit on your side of the chair, too.
