Hello! My name is Sara King Kranz and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been practicing since 2011, helping other humans navigate this crazy thing called life! Who says therapy has to be dull, let’s bust through some stereotypes and laugh at some that are true, together.
I practice experiential, solution-focused therapy, some CBT mixed with rapid wellness techniques such as "Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) and “EMDR”. I combine all of my extensive training in the field of Mental Health Counseling, Mindfulness practices, and energy psychology in order treat my client as a whole, complicated, multidimensional being that you are, at accelerated speeds.
