Hello! I am a mental health counselor with 15 years of experience working with adults, families, and children in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting issues, and coping with life changes. I have also helped people with postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, and social phobias.

I am here to listen and offer you genuine, caring, empathy and understanding without judgment. My therapy style combines client centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused therapy with mindfulness and motivational interviewing. Together, we will find the best approach to help you begin living your best life!
